Your satisfaction is important to 10xarchery.com. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any qualified items for a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery.
We strive to ship your orders quickly and accurately. Every effort is made to have your order leave our warehouse within 24 hours of your order not including Holidays and Sundays. We ship with USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We do not provide shipping insurance.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns where our company has not made an error only for new unopened gear in original packaging. Opened packages will be refused and returned to you COD.
Items that are not returnable for any reason:
If our company has made an error and sent you a different product than you ordered we will either send you a replacement after you have returned the incorrect product, or we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your purchase price if the product is unavailable.
You may not under any circumstances return any gear that has been opened, mounted, used. Please do not try it. Our returns department will mail it back to you COD.
If your item is broken or defective you will need to contact the manufacturer and begin their warranty claims process.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the return shipment. To obtain a Return Authorization Number for your order, please email us at email@example.com with your valid return reason.
